-Systematic instruction on various aspects of Aikido by these sensei
-and interviews with the sensei.
As extras, the DVD also contains scenes from a public demonstration by 24 of Saotome Sensel's senior students and coverage of a testimonial banquet given in Saotome Sensei's honor.
