The first DVD focuses on using the "Gi Whizzer" from the standing position, to both takedown and submit your opponent. There are several variations of commonly known throws and takedowns. James will show you how to add these into your arsenal and piece them together to maximize getting your ability to get your opponent to the ground.
Once on the ground, DVD 2 will teach you James's system of attacking from Guard and passing the guard using the BJJ Modified Overhook. This DVD will also address other positions, like Turtle and being on the knees.
